hello, i'm a foreigner from indonesia. i want to know why the internet in changsha has become very slow now a days, it was pretty fast before but it has gotten slower and slower everyday. sometimes it speed up and then slow down again. is it like this in all over changsha or just my area? i'm a student from south central university but i lived in the xinmin road area. thank you
