平模颗粒机flat die pelletmachine

该机型压轮采用为平轮。使其两端与模盘内、外圈线速一致，不出现轮与模的错位摩擦，减少了阻力，降低了动能损耗，延长了模具的使用寿命，这是与同类压缩成型设备的重大区别。它采用螺杆中心调压机构，模具间隙随大随小，适用不同物料，保证压制效果。采用60°c以下低温挤压切割颗粒工艺，一次成粒90%以上，无返料、无筛粉。颗粒机结构简单，设计合理，制出颗粒易干燥含水量低。
the modelroller is flat roller. it makes the both ends consistent with linespeed of the inner and outer ring. in case that dislocationfriction from wheel roller and die, reducing drag and the kineticenergy loss, extending the life of the mold, which is a majordifference with similar compression molding equipment.it uses a screw central regulator agency.die clearance is adjustable for different materials to ensure thesqueeze effect. using below60°ctemperature extrusion and cuttingparticles craft, once granulation rate is 90%, without returningmaterials. it is simple and reasonable design, easy to dry, lowwater content.

主要适用于木屑、稻壳、棉杆、棉籽皮、杂草等各种农作物秸秆等粗纤维造粒。mainly applicable forwood sawdust, wood shavings, straw, rice husk, etc.
