应用方法 handling instruction
将德邦r导热胶粘剂用促进剂6800喷施在一个被粘表面上，晾干1-2分钟。促进剂不宜喷施过多。将本品涂施在另一个被粘表面上，然后将两个表面合拢压紧，5分钟内初固化，完全固化达到强度需24小时以上。被粘表面用清洗剂清洗干净，用德邦r高效金属清洗剂sc01效果更佳。
6860单组份，可采用点胶工艺施胶。
activator 6800 should be spray on the surface of two base plates is 1 to 2 minutes.note,the activator is unfavorable and overmuch to spraying.and then,press the plates for initial-cured within 5 minutes, and more than 24 hours to full-cured. lt is better effect to use darbond metal cleaner sc01 to treat the surface. meanwhile, one part of 6860 series can be used by fip process.
