管道泵工作原理
沼气增压泵利用两个转子相互挤压的功能，将低压沼气输送出去，在在挤压的过程中产生高压压力。
管道泵使用注意
运行检查：管道泵在工频（变频）正常运行时，应定时检查并记录其泵组电流表、电压表、进出口真空表、压力表和流量计等仪表的读数。机组的振动、噪音、温升等是否正常。轴封处不应有明显的航油泄漏。

管道泵使用要点
1、试车工作：检查连接件是否松动;用手盘动联轴器使转子转数圈，看机组转动是否灵活，是否有响声和轻重不匀的感觉，以判断泵内有否异物或轴是否弯曲，密封件安装正不正等;检查密封腔内的清洁20号润滑油是否加注1/2腔内空间;泵机组表面是否干净;机组转向空载测试。
2、手动启动：灌泵（第一次），稍开出口阀，启动电机，压力上升并确认为泵组运转平稳时渐开出口阀至工况要求。
3、运行检查：管道泵在工频正常运行时，应定时检查并记录其泵组电流表、电压表、进出口真空表、压力表和流量计等仪表读数，机组的振动、噪音、温升等是否正常，轴封处不应有明显的航油泄漏。
4、正常停车：关闭排出阀，使泵轻载，停转电机。
紧急停车状况：
⑴泵电机工作电流表指示异常（过分偏大或变得很少）;泵系统发出不正常的响声。
⑵泵进口真空压力表、出口压力表指示异常，泵体震动较大并发出异声，性能严重下降。
⑶泵电机产生异味、轴封处漏出航空油料、轴承温度超过75度等。

1. test run: check whether the connecting parts are loose; make the rotor turn several times with the hand disc moving coupling, see whether the unit rotation is flexible, whether there is noise and uneven weight feeling, in order to judge whether there is a foreign body in the pump or whether the shaft is bent, seal installation is not correct; check whether the clean no.20 lubricating oil in the sealed cavity is filled with 1/2 space in the cavity; pump unit surface is clean; unit steering no-load test.
2. manual start: pump filling (for the first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, and the pssure rises and is confirmed to gradually open the outlet valve to the working condition requirements when the pump group operates smoothly.
3. operation inspection: when the pipeline pump is in normal operation of power frequency, the ammeter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum meter, pssure gauge and flow meter and other instrument readings of the pump set should be regularly checked and recorded. vibration, noise and temperature rise of the unit should be normal.
4, normal stop: close the discharge valve, make the pump light load, stop the motor.

4, the surface in contact with the seal should be coated with a layer of clean mechanical oil, in order to smooth installation;
5. when installing the static ring gland, the screws must be tightened evenly to ensure that the end face of the static ring is perpendicular to the axis line;
6. after installation, push the moving ring by hand to make it move flexibly on the shaft with certain elasticity;
7, after installation with the hand disc rotating shaft, shaft should have no weight feeling;
8. the device must be filled with medium before operation to pvent seal failure due to dry friction;
