800 型拧管机 (ny-800 breakout)
拧管机的适应范围：    
ny-800型拧管机是中、深孔岩心钻机的必需辅助设备。其主要用于600～2000m钻探倒杆作业中拧卸钻杆，目的是为了减轻施工人员的劳动强度、增加拧卸钻杆的安全性、提高钻进效率。
拧管机的主要特点：
ny-800型拧管机使用范围广泛，除可以和我厂生产的xy-2pc型钻机、xy-2/2b型钻机、xy-1000型钻机等配套外，还可以配套其它钻机厂家生产的2000m以内各型立轴式岩心钻机ny-800型拧管机出厂时标配有常用锁接头的上、下垫叉，如客户还有其他拧卸钻具的需求（拧卸钻具的外径必须小于φ175，锁接头外径必须小于φ130），也可订做相应的上、下垫叉及导向套。ny-800型拧管机与国内同类产品比较，具有拧卸效率高、操作简单、拧卸功能可靠、整机重量轻、元器件使用寿命长、整机抗冲击性好等优点。

ny-800 breakout is an auxiliary machine of medium and deep hole core drilling rig. it is mainly used for breakout drill rod of 600-1200 m hole during run-back, to decrease labor strength of worker, improve drilling efficiency and safety of breakout drill rod.
