大米蛋白、蛋白粉
1：大米蛋白是利用碎米broken rice生产大米淀粉rice starch、大米糖浆rice syrup产生的副产品，大米蛋白是种非常理想的植物蛋白，它有人体所需要的全部的氨基酸amino acid，是一种完全蛋白质，而且是一种非转基因non-gmo、低过敏性low-allergenic蛋白质。大米是唯一可以免于过敏实验的谷物。
大米蛋白一直是人们传统的最主要的蛋白质源之一。大米蛋白的td值true digestibility（蛋白质消化率）为94，bvbiological value值（蛋白生物价）为77，per值protein efficiency ratio（蛋白功效比值）为1.5，营养价值远超过高于其他植物蛋白质，且可与鱼(生物价为76)、虾(生物价为77)及牛肉(生物价69)等优质的动物蛋白相媲美。
大米蛋白中氨基酸组成平衡，接近与who推荐模式，其中必须氨基酸占总氨基酸数43％，而且必须氨基酸评分amino acid score（aas）远高于大豆蛋白，与乳清蛋白近似。
米蛋白是一种质量上乘的植物蛋白质，也可作为起泡剂（作为高档软糖的起泡剂），或是作为一种优质蛋白添加到需要补充蛋白的制品（如婴儿米粉）中，也可以直接生产成一种全营养的米蛋白制品。
2：基于大米蛋白上述性质和功能，其非常适合用于婴幼儿食品、无过敏食品，以及特殊人群的营养保健食品。目前我们的蛋白主要有四种型号，如下：
1.ricepro-s80+，是种非水溶性insoluble in water大米蛋白，适合用于蛋白棒energy bars、饼干、面包等固体食品中；
2.ricepro- c80+，颗粒达到300目以上，可以用于固体食品、冲调食品ready meals，配合以稳定体系，可以用于部分饮料中；
3. ricepro-e75+，经部分酶解enzymolysis，水溶液中为半溶解状态，可以用于固体食品、冲调食品，配合以稳定体系，可以用于部分饮料中；
4. ricepro-r70+，未经高温处理蛋白，变性denaturation程度小，富含膳食纤维dietary fibre，营养组成全面，适合用于营养食品、保健食品；
米蛋白是人们膳食中重要的蛋白来源，其氨基酸组成配比平衡合理，符合who/fao推荐的理想模式，其中蛋氨酸含量较高，因此营养价值远高于玉米、小麦等植物蛋白，可与鸡蛋、牛奶等优质动物蛋白媲美。
