bas-o-matic is a protocol analyzer platform for building automationprofessionals. this software contains extensive features formonitoring and analyzing bacnet and traditional it networks. withbas-o-matic you can view packet detail down to the lowest layers aswell as a list of network connections, ip statistics, and bandwidthusage. full access to raw data is also provided. captured packetscan be saved to log files for future analysis. a flexible system offilters makes it possible to drop packets you don't need or captureonly those packets that you wish to capture.
this application is compatible with 32 and 64 bit platforms,windows xp, windows vista, windows 7, windows server 2008, windowsserver 2008r2. your computer will also need an ethernet networkcard supporting the ndis 3.0 driver standard. if you want to decodebacnet ms/tp or/and modbus rtu then you will need an additonalhardware device (for example, a cimetrics b2110 bacnetms/tp interface).
