characteristics and purposes
ø         pew-0200 micronized wax is suitable for solvent-based flexo-printing ink, aswell as solvent-based gravure printing ink. ithasagreat ability in improving the solvent-based inks abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance. pew-0200 reduces the coefficient of friction ofdifferent kinds of ink. in addition, pew-0200 canalsobeapplied to the field of offset printing ink, paint, coil coating, etc.
ø         in powder coating, pew-0200 can increase powder coating hardness and abrasionresistance.
ø         pew-0200 is economical. it has great adaptability, and can disperses easily.
additive amount and usage
ø         in a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax isgenerally between 0.5 to 3%.
ø         usually by a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-basedcoatings and printing inks.
ø         it can be added by using varieties of grinding machines, high-shear dispersingdevice, and grind mill. should pay attentiontothetemperature control.
ø         can make wax slurry with the wax at 20-30%, add it into the systems when needed,by which the wax dispersion time canbesaved.
