2. raw paper will be sent to the polishing unit by synchronized belt, and sent to the embossing roller after polishing and printing, tension regulators are sent between raw paper, polishing and embossing device.

sjt-cj-zd型自动残巾彩印折叠机是把分切好的盘纸经压花，折叠，分切成方形或长方形的餐巾纸。
主要特点：
1． 压花装置采用钢对胶，压花底辊可采用毛布辊，羊毛辊或胶辊（其中一种）
2． 原纸经同步皮带送入压光装置，经压花，印刷后送入压花装置，原纸与压光，压花之间均有张力调整装置。
3． 折叠轮缠纸自动停机保护装置。
4． 可根据原值不同层数，克重，调整两折叠轮之间的间隙。
