一、字数统计标准
根据《中华人民共和国国家标准：翻译服务规范》下的《翻译稿件的计字标准》试行文件，翻译费用以中文文本字数计算，其中中文字数包含：中文、外文、标点、公式、符号等。通常以计算机word文件中工具栏“字数统计”内的“字符数（不计空格）”作为字数基准。
1、电脑自动统计
（1）电脑自动统计方法适用于doc文件、excel文件、ppt文件等可编辑的电子文档。
（2）采用这种统计方法时，如文件为excel文档、ppt文件等doc文件以外的其他文档时，需要打开其他文件，将内容复制到doc文件里统计字数。
（3）利用ms-word字数统计功能时，统计的字数不包括文件中的图片、文本框等部分字数。因此，这些部分字数需要另计。
2、版面计字
（1）版面计字方法适用于非可编辑文档。
（2）采用这种方法计字时，将根据中华人民共和国国家标准《翻译服务规范（gb/t19363.1-2003）》，以版面每行字数乘以全部实有的行数计算，不足一行或占行题目的，按一行计算。
二、收费标准
中外文互译文件中原文或译文中包括中文的翻译稿件，均以中文为准统计翻译字数。
