连续式喷淋杀菌，冷却机引进了国外先进技术，是在吸收意大利、台湾同类产品基础上全新设计而成。主要用于各种瓶装、灌装饮料、果蔬罐头、的常压杀菌，也可用于pet聚酯瓶包装的茶饮料，果汁饮料经热灌装后的冷却和含汽饮料、啤酒的温瓶。本机采用热水喷淋杀菌、温水预冷、冷水冷却等多段处理，具有节水、节能等优点；采用美国著名品牌renord公司的耐高温聚丙烯（cpp）链板，带面平整，磨耐损，防止对包装容器底部的擦伤，网带符合食品卫生要求，并得到美国fda的认可；喷淋喷头采用专用雾化喷头，均匀的雾化淋洒在包装容器上，防止对包装容器的损坏；本机实现自动进瓶和出瓶，达到生产线的完全自动化，机身全部采用sus304材料制作，美观大方、制造精良、运行稳定、使用方便。
continued spray sterilizer and cooler adopts the advanced technology of foreign countries, and its design absorbs similar products from italy and china taiwan. the machine is mainly applied to the normal pressure sterilization of different kinds of bottle and can packaging drink, fruit and vegetable pot. and it is also applied to the cooling of pet packaging tea and juice drink after hot filling.
the machine adopts multi section solution such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling and cold water cooling, with the advantages of saving water and heat;
the machine uses the well-known u.s. brand rexnord’s cpp chain plate. the surface of the belt is smooth and wearresistant, in order to prevent abrasion towards the bottom of the container. the net belt is in line with the requirement of food hygiene and fda of the united states;the spray mouth adopts the exclusive use spray nozzle, so it can make an even atomizing, in order to prevent the damage towards the packing container;
the machine can make the automatic bottles inlet and outlet, which permits the full robotization of the production line. the machine is made of sus304, which is beautiful, sophisticated, stable and easy to use.
