此产品以高强钢丝（或其它纤维），经特殊处理，与聚乙烯（pe），并添加其它助剂，通过挤出使之成为复合型高强抗拉条带，且表面有粗糙压纹,则为高强加筋土工带。由此单带，经纵、横按一定间距编织或夹合排列，采用特殊强化粘接的熔焊技术焊接其交接点而成型，则为加筋土工格栅。
this product is produced through making composite high strength anti-crack belt through extruding with high strength steel wire(or other fiber), and polyethylene(pe) adding other agents. there is rough embossing in the surface, and it is high-strength reinforced geobelt. this kind of belts are woven horizontally or vertically according to a certain interval or arrange and clamp and shape through welding the joint together with special intensified adherent welding technology, which is reinforced geogrid. ■ 产品特点

1、强度高、变形小；2、蠕变小；3、耐腐蚀、寿命长：钢塑土工格栅以塑料材料为保护层，再辅以各种助剂使其具有抗老化、氧化性能，可耐酸、碱、盐等恶劣环境的腐蚀。 因此,钢塑土工格栅可以满足各类永久性工程100年以上的使用需求，且性能优、尺寸稳定性好；4、施工方便快捷、周期短、成本低：钢塑土工格栅铺设、搭接、定位容易、平整，避免了重叠交叉，可有效地缩短工程周期，节约工程造价的10%—50%。
