the 3d cmos camera mv1-d2048x1088-3d03-760-g2-8 was developed for laser triangulation systems with high triangulation rates. the cmosis cmos sensor cmv2000 with a full well capacity (fwc) of 11 ke- optimized for high sensitivity was combined with a robust algorithm for line determination.
the camera has a gige interface allows the acquisition of 3d profiles without frame grabbers.

the 3d cmos camera mv1-d2048x1088-3d03-760-g2-8 is based on the cmosis cmos image sensor cmv2000 and a high performance pike detektor situated in an fpga used for image pre-processing. in laser triangulation applications the 3d cmos camera mv1-d2048x1088-3d03-160-g2-8 outputs the line position and qualification information to each line position value.
the user is supported by the pf suite 3d,a graphical user interface (gui) for a quickly evaluation of the camera and a sdk for the implementation of the 3d cmos camera. the following picture shows user interface of the pf suite 3d.
