颚式破碎机(改进型颚式破碎机)：
颚式破碎机，机架、动颚采用整体铸钢结构。通过电动机驱动皮带和皮带轮，通过偏心轴使动颚上下运动，当动颚上升时肘板与动颚间夹角变大，从而推动动颚板向固定颚板接近，使其石料被压碎或劈碎，达到破碎的目的；当动颚下行时，肘板与动颚夹角变小，动颚板在拉杆、弹簧的作用下，离开固定颚板，此时已破碎石料从破碎腔下口排出。随着电动机连续转动而破碎机动颚作周期运动压碎和排泄石料，实现批量生产。
该机具有破碎比大、结构简单、工作可靠、维修方便和运营成本低等特点。适用于各种硬度、进料粒度≤1000mm、出料粒度≤250mm石料的破碎（具体进出料粒度要根据石料硬度并通过选择机型来确定）。
改进型颚式破碎机，全面优化颚式破碎机的技术参数。偏心轴采用锻打钢并经热处理、精磨等加工；大型颚式破碎机采用重型皮飞轮、惯性力大、避免石料卡机、提高产量；皮飞轮采用胀套装配、便于拆卸；齿板采用优质高锰合金材料铸造、增强耐磨性。已申报国家专利。
jaw  crusher (improved  jaw  crusher)
    the machine frame and swing  jaw of the jaw crusher are cast as a whole with cast steel . jaw crushers work  in this way: the electromotordrivestheeccentric shaft to move the swing  jaw up and down through  driving belts and a pulley. when the swing jaw moves  upward and  toward the fixed jaw, the angle betweenthetoggleplate and the swing jaw becomes bigger,  the building stones are crushed due to  compressing and  chopping . when the swing  jaw moves downward , the angle betweenthetoggleplate and the swing jaw becomes smaller,   the swing jaw moves away from the fixed jaw under the action of the spring tension rod, and the crushed stones are discharged fromthebottomopening of the crushing cavity. as the electromotor rotates continuously and  the swing jaw of the crusher moves periodically for crushing and discharging the stones, thebatchproductionof  products  will  be  achieved .
jaw crushers have features such as  high reduction ratio , simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance as well asloweroperationalcost. it is suitable for crushing  stones with different hardness and with feeding sizes of no more than1000 mmand discharging  sizes of  no more than250 mm( however,thespecificfeeding and discharging sizes  should be decided by the  stone hardness and by choosing crusher models .).
improved  jaw  crusher: optimizing the technical parameters of jaw  crusher in an all-round way. eccentric shaft is made offorgedsteel, subjecting to processing such as heat treatment  and precision grinding and so on . heavy-duty belt pulley and flywheel are installed  in a large size jaw  crusher ,possessingbiginertial force  and preventing clogs in the machine ,and increasing the  product output. the belt pulley and  flywheel  are  assembled  through expansionbushings ,easyto be dismantled . the jaw plates are cast of quality  alloy  with high manganese content , improving the  abrasion  resistance  of  jaw plates. nationalpatent has been applied for the improved  jaw  crusher.
