功能特点：
此设备主要对高光、亚光pvc推出此设备，所以在加热和气压方面做的尤为突出，加热我们采用散热板加热，可避免橱柜门表面起橘皮纹，真空泵采用xd-063a 型罗茨泵，压力大，并且不易损坏。作于橱柜门的厚度为18毫米的密度板正面及四边吸塑pvc
1.控制系统采用普通数显表，界面友好，操作更加直观；高速plc闭环控制，控制更加精确；抗干扰性强，工作更加稳定
2.设备整机焊接，强度高，辅机架由螺丝连接，方便运输拆装，并且不会变形。pvc ***厚度可做到0.5毫米，***小的厚度可以做到0.08毫米，适用范围广，不光是可以做pvc, 橡木皮、皮革都非常适用。
3.加热采用铝板散热，正常使用温度幅度小于五度，由于功率高，此设备的加热温度速度很快。
4.工作台面自动进出，由电机带动齿条传动，一键式变频器调速控制操作，节约人力并且可保证成品率。此设备的气管连接我们采用不锈钢钢管，代替老式设备的钢丝管，不会因为地域差异，气管损坏严重。
5.工作气阀我们全部采用气压截断阀门，代替以前的电磁阀，使阀门的更换时间至少延长二到三年。
