结构及工作原理　　cfg桩机桩架主要由顶部滑轮组、立柱、斜撑杆、底盘、行走机构、回转机构、卷扬机构、操纵室、液压系统及电气系统组成。立柱为折叠式，采用箱形截面结构型式，法兰连接方式。立柱两侧配有圆形或方形滑道作为动力头、钻杆上下运动的导向和抗扭。此种钻机配备的箱形可折叠式立柱利用液压缸进行起降，方便快捷，运输时也不需拆卸。立柱下部与上盘铰接，中后部与斜撑杆铰接，立柱顶部有滑轮组，用来完成对动力头、钢筋笼和注浆导管等的起降。动力头可沿滑道上下滑动托运时可拆卸。　 　行走机构 　　行走机构为液压步履式。前进时四个支腿液压缸支地撑起，下盘离地通过液压系统驱动行走油缸实现桩机履靴前行，然后收起支腿落下，通过液压缸收缩拉动底盘前行，经过如此反复操作实现桩机前行。 　　回转机构　　压马达具有功率稳定、运转平稳、转动惯性小和启动效率高等特点，因而桩机具有回转平稳、无冲击、无振动、整机的稳定性良好及使用寿命长的优点。 　 　动力机构 　 供应本溪cfg长螺旋钻机|螺旋钻杆|90长螺旋钻机全国销量领先
　动力头采用三环减速机构，此种减速机构已是相当成熟的产品。大中心孔的减速机，成载过载能力高、结构紧凑、噪音小、寿命长，是目前国内钻机最理想的动力装置。它有两个风冷电机、减速器、弯头、排气装置、提升架和滑快组成。工作时两个电机通过联轴器带动减速器的高速旋转，将动力低速轴通过法兰带动钻杆、钻头作旋转运动。　液压及传动机构　　主要7个液压油缸构成。其中包含4个支腿油缸，1个行走油缸，2个变幅油缸。支腿油缸分布在机器四个角上实现机器主体的起落高度为1.1米和1.6米两种，根据机器型号不同采用不同高度的油缸。行走油缸位于整机底盘中部，配合4个支腿油缸起落，从而行走油缸收缩拉动底盘使整机前行。行走油缸长1.6米，所以机器行走步长为1.6米。变幅油缸位于中盘前段偏，立柱下方偏后，主要起撑起立柱作用。7个油缸的收缩可以在操纵室操作。　　操纵机构 　　操纵室位于钻机后部主卷扬机前方，铁壳结构，三面开窗，可保证视野开阔，安全舒适。钻机是由电液联合控制，所有操纵电钮及手柄都置于操纵室前方的控制面板上，操作方便快捷。 供应本溪cfg长螺旋钻机|螺旋钻杆|90长螺旋钻机全国销量领先
