汽车防飞溅挡泥板设备生产线   《gb7258》是我国机动车技术标准的重要组成部分，是进行注册登记检验和在用机动车检验、机动车查验等机动车运行安全管理及事故车检验***基本的技术标准，也是我国机动车新车定型强制检验、新车出厂检验和进口机动车检验的重要技术依据之一。国家质量监督检验检疫局和国家标准化管理委员会于2017年9月29日发布《gb7258-2017》，拟定2018年1月1日实施。     gb7258-2017《机动车运行安全技术条件》中关于货运车辆新增的项目标准之一： ——增加了部分货车、货车底盘改装的专项作业车、挂车的防飞溅系统要求：   乘用车应装有护轮板，总质量大于7500kg的货车、货车底盘改装的专项作业车及总质量大于3500kg的挂车应装有防飞溅系统，其他机动车的所有车轮均应有挡泥板。   我司紧跟国家规定，在政策颁布起便投入大量人力物力财力，着手研究开发此类产品生产设备技术，以国标要求为基准，以全力服务客户为己任，不断测试改进生产技术，在防飞溅挡泥板设备上取得了一系列重大进展！   我司新型挡泥板目的在于提供一种重型卡车用pe小草新型挡泥板装置，通过挡泥板主体内表面上固定安装的雨帘及挡泥板主体下端连接的下板上固定的防飞溅内衬板对轮胎带起的泥土、沙石、雨水进行阻挡，并使挡住的泥土、沙石、雨水顺着雨帘及防飞溅内衬板上的管状孔排出；可以很好的防止泥土、沙石、雨水到处飞溅；另外由于整个装置均采用工程塑料材料，操作方便，产品质量轻，寿命更长！
