在水处理行业，污泥脱水是比较常见的，污泥脱水处理工艺以及污泥脱水所要使用的药剂是很多客户比较关心的问题，今天我先把污泥分一下类和大家分享一下。
首先按污泥的来源分为以下几种：
1.生活污水厂二沉池排出的剩余活性污泥；
2.自来水厂沉淀池或浓缩池排出的物化污泥；
3.工业废水处理产生的经浓缩池排出的物化和生化混合污泥，如造纸厂、印染厂、水洗布厂、石油化工厂、有机化工厂、肉联厂及啤酒厂等等；
4.工业废水处理产生的经浓缩池排出的物理法和化学法产生的物化细粒度污泥，如电镀厂、线路板厂等等；
5.工业废水处理产生的物化沉淀中粒度污泥，如钢铁厂脱硫除尘污泥、制碱厂盐泥、铝厂赤泥、陶瓷厂污泥、彩管厂污泥、石灰中和沉淀污泥等等；
6.工业废水处理产生的物化沉淀粗粒度污泥：如洗煤厂尾泥、玻璃厂石英渣等等；
按污泥的机理性能以及处理难度又可分为以下几种：
1、亲水性、微细粒度有机污泥，可压缩性能差，脱水性能差。如上述第一种
2、中细粒度有机与无机混合污泥，可压缩性能和脱水性能一般。 如上述第二种
3、中细粒度混合污泥，含纤维体的脱水性能较好，其余可压缩性能和脱水性能一般。如上述第三种

5、中粒度疏水性无机污泥，可压缩性能和脱水性能较好。 如上述第五种

according to the mechanism of the sludge and the difficulty of treatment, it can be divided into the following several kinds:
1. the hydrophilic and fine granularity organic sludge is poor in compressibility and poor in dehydration. such as the first of the above

近两年来，发达国家聚丙烯酰胺类阳离子高分子絮凝剂的生产技术发展非常迅速，占生产总量的60%左右，且每年仍以10%以上的速度增长。而国内聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂大多是阴离子型，阳离子型只占10%左右，且大多数质量较差，这已成为制约我国水处理和造纸行业发展的瓶颈。每年国内的造纸厂都需要从台湾、日本等国家和地区进口大量的聚丙烯酰胺。随着纸和纸板的不断增加，聚丙烯酰胺的进口量呈逐年上升。
  近期展望，我国应用聚丙烯酰胺类有机产品作水处理剂，将会随水质性缺水的范围扩大、国民对饮用水要求的提高而逐步扩大。目前，全球聚丙烯酰胺的水处理消费量占总消费量的比重达到37%，而中国仅为11%左右，发展潜力很大。随着我国水污染治理工程建设的加快，聚丙烯酰胺的消费将持续增加。
