室内超薄型钢结构防火涂料
一、产品介绍
室内超薄型防火涂料是本公司***新研制的高科技产品，已通过国家公安部消防产品合格评定中心国家强制性产品认证，按gb14907-2002标准检验，各项性能合格。具有附着力强、耐久性长、耐火性极高、易施工、干燥快等特点。该涂料遇火时膨胀发泡，形成均匀致密的防火隔热层，对基材有着很好的防火隔热效果。

三、适用范围
可用于建筑工程、工业厂房、体育场馆、候机楼、石油化工设施、核电站等大型钢结构及球形钢架结构等防火保护。
四、施工工艺
1、钢材表面处理：施工前须对钢材进行严格清理，要求钢材表面除锈等级按gb9823-88规定不得低于st2，重要部分不得低于st3.基材必须涂装防锈底漆。
2、施工技术要求：施工温度宜在0℃-45℃、湿度30-80%、风速≤5m/s。一次喷涂厚度为0.2mm左右，一次涂刷厚度为0.3mm左右，分多次涂装，第一遍涂装和第二遍涂装间隔时间一般不少于8小时。直至干膜厚度达到设计要求。
3、每桶涂料开盖后，先搅拌均匀后使用，尽量一次用完，如未用完，应将剩余涂料封闭。
4、本涂料为高固体份涂料，施工过程中若涂料太稠，可用专用稀释剂或200#专用稀释剂。
5、施工过程中，应尽量避免流挂现象，不宜一次涂装太厚或一道未干透涂第二道，否则易开裂。
6、本产品为室内钢结构防火涂料，施工时应避免日晒雨淋。
7、施工应在通风良好的环境下进行，施工过程中，现场禁止明火。
五、储存与运输
本产品为溶剂型涂料，低毒，符合国家强制性认证标准。应储存与室内干燥环境下、储存期为12个月。储运时防止暴晒、雨淋、重压和倒置，严禁明火。

fourth, construction technology
