i  overview:110kv and 220kv are the major voltage grades of the power supply network . the neutral point ,
 in terms of high voltage , adopts direct grounding mode , but this system cannot support grounding 
in several places , as grounding causes too large system grounding current ,therefore , an 110kv or 
 220kvpower supply network is generally provided with 1-3 grounding point (commanded by the power supply dispatching system),neutral points of other
 transformers can realize grounding only ar operating time (with grounding disconnecting link) to 
avoid switching over-voltage and harmonic wave.
