用途与特点:
◆ 设计速度：80m/min。
◆ 有效幅宽：1400mm-2200mm。
◆ 楞    辊：φ280mm。
◆ 驱动减速箱采用浸油润滑，减小噪音，万向节传动，隔离动力源。
◆ 上瓦辊、压力辊、涂胶辊升降，均以气动控制。
◆ 导纸方式采用真空吸附，带风量调节装置，保持高速状态下瓦楞楞型的
  稳定。
◆机座及墙板铸铁结构，墙板厚度为130mm
◆ 瓦辊、压力辊轴承采用耐高温润滑脂润滑。
◆ 涂胶部采用自动循环供胶。
◆ 上下瓦楞辊采用52crmo优质铬钼合金钢，经过热处理，硬度在hrc58o-
  60度表面经研磨。
◆ 涂胶辊表面经过网纹刻花及镀铬处理。
◆ 手动或电动隔胶装置。
◆ 涂胶部停机可独立运转或不独立运转两种方式，主电机变频控制。

◆bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubncate grease．
◆glue pads auto supply glue circularly．
◆the upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48crmo high quality alloy steel．after heat—treatment．the hardness hrc58.-60~,the surface be
grinded．
◆the glue part su rface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated．
◆motorized or manual glue width piding to match the paper width．
◆glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped
