注意事項
*自來水中有細小固體硬塊的用戶不適合使用恒溫水龍頭；
*自來水中如含有粉狀沉澱物或軟質異物可能降低恒溫閥芯的敏感度，也可能縮短恒溫水龍頭的使用壽命；
*儘量縮短熱水器與龍頭之間的距離，以使熱水能儘快到達龍頭；
*冷熱供水管絕對不能裝錯，熱水管必須在左邊，冷水管必須在右邊；
*一定要在安裝恒溫水龍頭之前清理乾淨安裝現場，以免細小的沙石硬塊損傷龍頭的膠圈、螺紋、恒溫閥芯以及其他零件；
*請按照說明書的指示安裝，特別注意不要漏放、遺失或損傷任何的墊片或膠圈；
*恒溫水龍頭本身沒有加熱功能，請將熱水器的水溫調到60℃~ 85℃；
*花灑和花灑管不能承受60℃以上的高溫；
*每次使用後，請務必將左邊的水溫調節旋鈕調到40℃以下；
*如熱水和冷水的水壓相差太大，請用螺絲刀調節支架的閥門。使用煤氣熱水器的家庭更需要留意這一點。

很多客人问我，什么叫百年不锈。正确的解释是纯正的304不锈钢只要在正常的使用环境和正确的进行日常保养和保洁，可达百年不锈的效果。
但出现以下情况，有可能会导致不锈钢表面受到腐蚀或者出现浮锈等现象：
304不锈钢受到腐蚀性如：浓度强的甲醛、水泥尘、油漆、天那水、盐酸洗地时空气中酸性物质等都会对不锈钢表面起反应，导致表面出现锈点（浮锈），出现这种情况，我们可以用棉布加一点牙膏轻轻可以刷掉。也可以用家里的尼龙刷布顺着拉丝纹路轻轻可以刷去。（如水槽，我们内配有一块拉丝刷洁布的）
注意：如果真正材料有问题，锈是在材料里面爆出来的，从表面擦是擦不去的。
事例：上次有客人拍照水槽生锈，后来找出原因是他们旧区水管老化而滴出来的水锈渍。后来用拉丝刷洁布一刷已解决。
不锈钢如何保养和清洁：
1、定期用软布或干棉纱对产品表面进行定期除灰尘清洁。
2、应防止酸碱盐类的侵蚀和沾污，确保产品保持清洁，
3、如果在施工过程请用保护物把产品保护好（用胶纸类盖住表面）
掌柜经验：不锈钢出现浮锈，大多是由于不锈钢表面与酸性物质接触而产生了化学反应，您只需要在安装后，在材质表面涂一层植物油用于隔绝漂浮的酸性化学物，即可起防浮锈的效果。
