谱瑞科技两款全新的displayport转hdmi 2.0a转换芯片——ps175与ps176可将displayport 1.2a或displayport 1.3的信号转成hdmi 2.0a。实际应用上，ps175适合使用在移动装置或桌面计算机之主板上，而ps176则适合信号转接器（protocol adapter）或转接线等应用，如displayport alt mode over usb type-c转hdmi 2.0a转接器等。谱瑞科技营销执行副总屈经武表示：“对多数半导体厂来来说，处理hdmi 2.0新要求的6bit/sec取样率（sample rate）是相当棘手的。在6gbit/sec的速率下传输稳定的hdmi tmds讯号同时还保有兼容性余裕是需要处理高速serdes的专门技术的，然而，大多数芯片制造商都没有这方面的经验。ps175可满足主板上的需求。此外，我们预期未来有很高比例的usb-c装置会支持displayport alt mode，此时ps176可用于各式影像信号源、显示器或转接在线，除提供稳定的信号转换功能外，也提高装置间的互用性。”
产品特点
ps175或ps176皆可支持到hdmi 2.0a的最高数据传输速率达每秒6bbit，配合dp 1.2a或dp 1.3四条支持hbr2（5.4gbps/sec）的高速传输通道，可传输完整4k uhd、60hz、24bits色彩及4:4:4取样的画面。无论displayport输入端或hdmi输出端，ps175及ps176皆支持hdco 1.4及hdcp 2.2内容保护协议及必要的hdcp再生功能。芯片亦可将信号转成4:2:0 hdmi讯号输出，因此ps175及ps176也可处理8 channels，192khz，24bit的音源信号。
有别于市场上其他信号转换芯片，谱瑞独有的去除信号抖动（jitter cleaning）功能，在内部做信号转换时可同时将jitter去除。ps175与ps176在进行信号转换时，可一并去除displayport信号源既有的抖动或经由displayport传输过程中所产生的信号抖动；经过jitter cleaning处理过后，输出干净、低抖动的hdmi 2.0a信号，即便在hdmi 2.0a 6gb/s如此高速的的传输速率下，兼容性还可保有相当大的余裕（compliance margin）。由于hdmi信号可容许的抖动远小于displayport，在dp转hdmi的过程中加入jitter cleaning功能就非常必要。jitter cleaning的好处很多，除了可提高与hdmi信号源的兼容性、提高与hdmi显示器间的互用性（interoperability）外，还可补偿质量较差或很长的hdmi信号线所造成的信号质量不良的问题。
在displayport输入部分，ps175与ps176皆支持所有定义在vesa displayport standard version 1.3以及vesa displayport alternate mode over usb type-c standard version 1.0a中关于dp转hdmi信号转换的要求，这也包含了支持cec-tunneling-over-aux的规范。
在hdmi输出部分，ps175与ps176支持最新版hdmi 2.0a标准，包含scdc（status and control data channel）、tmds scrambling，以及cec receptacle接口。
ps175与ps176内含有1个微处理器及spi-rom，无需主机（host）控制即可作动。
