these high-qualitydifferentialpressure switches have been developed especiallyforsafety-critical applications. high quality andproductmanufacturing to iso 9001:2000 ensures reliable monitoringof yourplant. in production, the switches are traced by qualityassurancesoftware at every step and subsequently are 100 %tested.

     inorderto ensure as flexible operation as possible, the pressureswitchesare equipped with micro switches, which make it possibleto switchan electrical load of up to 15 a / ac 220 v directly. forsmallercontact ratings, such as for plc applications, argon gasfilledmicro switches with gold-plated contacts can be selected asanoption.
     by using a liquid-filleddiaphragmmeasuring cell with fulcrum lever transmission, the modeldapressure switch is extremely robust and guaranteesoptimaloperating characteristics.
switchpoints
      the switch points can be set toyourrequirements, free-ofcharge.
     pleasespecify:
      switch point, switching directionforeach contact (e.g. switch point 1: 0.5 bar, falling, switchpoint 2:3 bar, rising) with two micro switches, the switch pointscan be setindependently of each other.
afterunscrewingthe case cover, switch point adjustment can be madeusing theadjustment screw. the switch point is settable within theentiremeasuring range with the following
     generalrule:
      ■ define thevalue a = 2xrepeatability + switch hysteresis
      ■ if the pressure is rising,theswitch point should be set between (min. + value a) up to max.ofthe setting range
      ■ if the pressure is falling,theswitch point should be set between min. up to (max. - value a)ofthe setting range
example:
      setting range: 0 ... 1 bar withoneswitch contact
      repeatability: 1 % of 1 bar =10mbar
      switch hysteresis = 15 mbar(seetable setting ranges)
      value a = 2 x 10 mbar + 15 mbar =35mbar
      if the pressure is rising, theswitchpoint should be set between 35 mbar up to 1 bar.
      if the pressure is falling,theswitch point should be set between 0 up to 965 mbar.
      for optimal performance wesuggestthe switch point lies between 25 % and 75 % of thesettingrange.
