背景介绍：
 ghrelin is the ligand for growth hormone secretagogue receptor type 1 (ghsr). ghrelin induces the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. ghrelin precursor is cleaved in 3 chains: ghrelin-27, ghrelin-28 and obestatin. ghrelin-28 is modified with an o-octanoylation group on the n-terminal end essential for activity. obestatin is an endogenous ligand for the orphan g protein-coupled receptor gpr39 and is involved in satiety and decreased food intake.
