美国ok国际scorpion 返修系统
scorpion 返修系统通过简便易用的单平台返工系统，提供精确组件贴装，并可生成专门定制的回流焊温度曲线（通过 okinternational 的专利单组件 microoven）。阵列封装面临返工挑战，同时缺乏简单的检测贴装精确性的能力（尤其是bga），这都需要可同时查看印刷电路板焊盘和元器件焊盘或焊锡球的解决方案，来进行精确贴装。
scorpion返修系统使用smartplacetechnology视觉系统（正在申请专利），以快速准确的贴装满足了上述需求；该系统完美融合双影像重叠技术。bga焊锡球的影像与pcb图形的影像相互重叠，放大率范围是20x-50x。影像可以通过电脑显示器查看，并可通过电路板支架装置上的微米调制器进行微调。最后，元器件贴装完毕，真空释放。
元器件完成精确贴装之后，真空吸管回收，回流焊喷嘴下降到合适位置。此时，元器件将依据用户定制的多区域全对流回流焊温度曲线，该曲线特别针对pcb、组件和焊膏的标准而定制。并成功的复制出与原始的回流焊炉参数。
在回流焊温度曲线进行过程中，源温度和间隔时间可以实时修改，从而避免在修改之前，等待当前温度曲线的终止。精确焊点温度可通过实时图形显示进行测量和显示，能在数分钟内,精确地生成和优化每个特定应用的最佳回流焊温度曲线提的数据。
