production process：composite geomembrane is a kind of anti-seepage geosynthetic material taking non-woven geotextile as base material, and hdpe geomembrane as the membrane material. its waterproof feature mainly depends on the characteristic of geomembrane. plastic membrane used in anti-seepage projects at home and abroad mainly include pvc, pe and eva, and ecb applied in tunnel, which are all polymer chemistry flexible material with small rate, strong extension, high deformity, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and good ability of antifreezing. its main mechanism is separating leakage channel of earth dam with the waterproof feature of plastic membrane, bearing water pressure and adapting deformation of dam with large tensile strength and elongation; while non-woven geotextile is a polymer short-fiber chemical material, and it is formed through needle-puncturing or thermal pasting, and it has higher tensile strength and elongation.
