yfb2系列粉尘防爆三相异步电动机是根据gb12476.1－2000（idtiec61241-1-1999）可燃性粉尘环境用电气设备第1部分：用外壳和限制表面温度保护的电气设备第1节电气设备的技术要求的规定进行结构设计、试验和制造的。yfb系列粉尘防爆三相异步电动机系全封闭、自扇冷式、鼠笼型结构。具有设计新颖、结构紧凑，造型美观、效率和转矩高、起动性能好、节能、噪声低、振动小、运行安全可靠等特点。本系列机座号范围80～355，功率等级和安装尺寸完全符合国际电工委员会（iec）标准
yfb2series dust-explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are designed, tested, and manufactured accordin2to gb12476.1-2000 (idtiec61241-1-1999), electrical equipment used in environments with combustible dust; section 1: technical requirements for electrical equipment, part 1: electrical equipment with enclosure and surface temperature limitprotection.this seriesmotors are fully enclosed, fan-ventilated, and squirrel-cageproducts.they are of remarkable features, such as novel design, compact construction, attractive appearance, high efficiency and torque, excellent starting performance, energy saving, low noise and vibration, and safe and reliable operation.the frame size range of this series is 80-355, and the output ratings and mounting dimensions totally conform to thestandards of international electro technical commission (iec).
电动机的绝缘等级：通常为f级或h级，两种绝缘结构的技术参数相同，只是温升限值不同。yfb系列电机是f级绝缘。当电动机运行地点海拔不超过1000m,环境温度不超过40℃为基础时，定子绕组温升的限值（电阻法）应不超过80k，但机座号315l的2、4极和机座号355按105k考核。
insulation grade: f or h in general. except for maximum temperature rise, the technical parameters of the two grades are same. the insulation grade of yfb series motors is f. when the motors operate at an altitude less than 1000m and the highest ambient temperature is less than 40°c, the maximum temperature rise of stator windings shall be 80k, while the 2-pole and 4-pole motors with the frame size of 315l and the motors with the frame size of 355 should be examined by taking the value as 105k.
轴承允许的温度：不超过95℃。

外壳防护等级为ip65（见gb/t4942.1）。

额定功率及极数（转速）的选择制造厂提供的功率等级是选自gb/t4772.1标准中的第一数系，少部分的功率选自第二数系。但有时功率等级及极数满足不了不同用户选型要求，请与制造厂协商。
6. selection of rated power and number of poles (rotation rate): the output ratings provided by the manufacturer are chosen from the first number system specified in the standard of gb/t4772.1, and a small part of output ratings are chosen from the second number system. however, the output ratings and number of poles might fail to meet users’ requirements on some occasions. if so, please consult with the manufacturer.

8.接连方式：功率在3kw及以下者为ｙ接，其他功率均为△接。

9电缆引入装置：橡套，钢管布线供选择。

10.工作制：连续工作制，或s1工作制，简称s1（保持在恒定负载下运行至热稳定状态）。
10. duty: continuous duty or s1 duty (s1 for short; running under a constant load to reach the steady thermal state)
11.辅助要求：中心高315～355电动机带注排油装置。
11. auxiliary requirements: the motors with the center height of 315-355 are provided with the oil-filling and -draining device.
