柱状活性炭简介：
温县恒大产柱状活性炭以优质煤、椰壳、木屑为原料，经系列生产工艺精加工而成，外观呈黑色圆柱
形颗粒，广泛应用于气体处理、污水处理、脱硫脱硝、溶剂回收、制氮机、空分设备、喷漆车间等领域。
柱状活性炭对水体中的挥发性有机物有比较好的吸附效果，可使水体中各种挥发性有机物去除率达到25%~65%，比较各种不同分子量有机物的吸附规律可以看出，对于挥发性有机物，分子量越大，它们的
去除率就越高，这与苯酚与阳离子嫩黄的吸附规律类似，即对于水体中的小分子有机物而言，分子量越大，
越容易被活性炭吸附。
柱状活性炭种类：
木质柱状活性炭采用优质木屑、椰壳等为原料，经粉碎、混合、挤压、成型、干燥、炭化、活化而制
成的柱状活性炭比传统的煤质柱状炭灰份低、杂质少、ctc占绝对优势。主要用于气相吸附、有机溶剂的
回收(苯系气体甲苯，二甲苯，醋酸纤维行业中丙酮的回收，粘胶短纤维生产中cs2的回收等) 、杂质和有
害气体的祛除，该项技术在国内达一流水平。普通4mm活性炭，对ctc的吸附才达60%，不超过70%，
而生产的4mm木质柱状活性炭对ctc的吸附率达100%，弥补国内在ctc的吸附率上不足的空缺，达到了
国际一流水准!完全替代进口产品。
煤质柱状活性炭选用优质无烟煤为原料，采用先进工艺精制加工而成，外观呈黑色圆柱状颗粒;具有合
理的孔隙结构，良好的吸附性能，机械强度高，易反复再生，造价低等特点；用于有毒气体的净化，废气处
理，工业和生活用水的净化处理，溶剂回收等方面。

污水处理用活性炭选用优质煤为原料，经破碎、炭化、活化、精制等工艺而成。空隙结构合理，能有效
净化生活污水、化工污水。
脱硫脱硝柱状活性炭
脱硫脱硝柱状活性炭，为圆柱状颗粒，外观为暗黑色，全部采用优质炭原料并添加一定比例粘合剂，助
催化剂。经精选、配比、粉碎、成型、干燥、炭化、活化和深加工而成。具有活性高、孔隙率大，硫容量大、

溶剂回收柱状活性炭
溶剂回收处理活性炭，采用优质天然煤为原料，采用物理活化法精制而成，为黑色颗粒状，无毒无味，
孔隙发达，三类孔分布合理，具有较强吸附能力。在较宽的浓度范围内对大多数有机溶剂蒸气有较多的吸附
