根据国际民航组织《国际标准和建设措施—机场》附件十四和国家有关规定，对于架空的输电线，尤其是超高压（50万千伏）输电缆线、跨江输电缆线，应在线路上设置形状醒目的航空标志球（航空警示球），以提供警示标志。

产品结构
1、航空标志球（航空警示球）安装在架空塔的防雷地线的钢缆上，每个标志球的间距，不能超出30米，等间设置。
2、航空标志球（航空警示球）有白、橙两种颜色，应相间设置。
3、涉及多条电线、电缆等场合，航空标志球（航空警示球）应设在不低于所标志的最高的架空线高度处。

installingprocedure
1.at the mount pointon the alerting ball, wrap cable protecting bars round cables for1000-1200mm long, with two ends of protecting bars extending200-300mm beyond the surface of the ball, as shown in figure1.

2.fix the plasticwires which are mounted on lower hemisphere of the ball onto thecables and twist them, as shown in figure 2.

3.combine the lowerhemisphere with the upper hemisphere according to module codes.turn the hemisphere during the assembly and make sure twohemispheres are joined into position .

4.insert stainlesssteel bolts(m12*35) and then put flat washers and spring washersaround each bolt. tighten each nut at last, as shown in figure4.
