the slg-9500 series projectors are the next generation in projection technology. these lamp-free wuxga/full-hd/wxga/xga, 1-chip dlp projectors utilize a laser light source and filter-less design for 30,000 hours or more of 24/7/365 continuous and maintenance-free operation. with no lamp to replace, these projectors maintain a much more stable light output over a much longer period of time. projectors with lamps to replace will go through more frequent cycles of brightness and dimming while the laser technology will remain steady and brilliant during the same period. the laser engine is designed such that if anything were to go wrong with a single laser module, the salange's projector would not only remain running but continue operation at up to 93% brightness.
