托福虐我千百遍，我待托福如初恋。
前前后后，断断续续的复习托福，大概持续了半年。这半年的苦日子里，1定要知道为什么苦，不要纯粹为了复习而复习。不要被暴打了一顿都不知道为什么挨打了。

听力到底要不要记笔记？
这要看个人的听力习惯，可以记一点文章的脉络和关键词，这是一个很好的强迫自己专注于听力的方法。
记笔记可以这么训练：
1. 做笔记并做题
2. 对da案后听写
3. 找到da案出处，并划出来
4. 认真研究出da案位置的特征及规律
5. 边听边看边读一遍文章，重点放在划线部分
6. 重新听并做一次笔记 —— 达到只记录研究过的考点信息。
sss 和 tpo 可以作为练习听力的主要材料。tpo：精听！没别的！后期可以加倍速听，会进步很大。
sss科学美国人（science sixty second）：每天一篇单篇循环，有空就磨耳朵，一天把一篇听的快要背下来的程度。效果是拔群的，因为语速快内容也有意思。但其实内容和托福内容还是不太一样，听一听主要练习那种感觉
sss比较短而且信息量大，内容大多关于天文、地理、化学、生物各个方面，对于增长考生见识，很有帮助。tpo和托福正式考试非常相似，可以用来感受正式考试气氛。所以可以留下几篇 tpo在考试前模拟考试，其他用于平时加强听力练习。
听力的练习只有一种方法：听写
先听写（听不清的可以反复听，但别超过五遍） - 看着自己的听写稿边听边检查一遍，修改初稿 - 然后跟读听力原文3遍以上。
练习听写的过程需要一个小时左右。复习的时候，托福老师要求一天听两篇。前期真的又浪费时间，又没有明显提高，简直怀疑人生。但是老师让我不要怀疑，坚持练，大概一个月的时候吧，真的有明显的提高，感受到了量变到质变的变化过程。
