相位控制器.零位控制器  scr controller.sspr controller
1.   scr控制器(相位控制)是以一個交流弦波為一個單位,做精細或不今精細的,百分比切割等份.它用精密儀器去量測,是斷續供應電力,開啟角度越小損耗電力越大,也就是輸出越低,它的效率越差,換言之損耗電力越大,這現象應因速度快,一般儀表反應慢,所以肉眼看不到斷續現象,相位控制器因損耗之電力會轉換為熱能,所以散熱片要市使用較大點,優點容易控制,不產生火花,使用壽命為半永久性

2.   sspr控制器(零位控制),也就是零點開啟的固態比率開關方式控制,因為是零點開啟零點關閉 ,所以電力損耗小,換言之是省電的控制方式,符合綠能要求的控制方式,應因為它是以整個弦波做最小單位,所以用一般儀表量測時會有搖擺晃動的現象,事實上對電組負載(電熱),沒有任何影響, 它的體積可以很小,散熱片可以跟ssr一樣大,也不產生火花,使用壽命為半永久性
