●  it adopts advanced extrusion technology with several extruders and co-extrusion die head mold, which makes the composite pipe bond firmly with precise size.
● the screw and barrel are specially designed according to the property of  evoh resin. it is suitable for stable extrusion of high melt pressure of oxygen barrier resin.
●  high precise control system of pipe weight per meter is applied in this line. it is used for measuring & calculating, precise control of pipe weight per meter and its extrusion output, to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running according to set parameters. the application of this system can shorten the start-up time, improve the produced pipe quality and save raw material.
● the produced evoh oxygen barrier composite pipe has many advantages, such as excellent non-permeability and scent preservation and good anti-ultraviolet ray and other radiations quality, which greatly enlarges pipes’ lifespan and effectively avoids breeding of bacteria in the inner pipes. this kind of pipe will have a good market prospects and wide application in the current and future time.
