  1、由栀子果实制取的一种食用天然绿色素,呈绿色粉末；
  2、易溶于水,含水乙醇,含水丙二醇,至鲜明绿色；
  3、几乎无臭,无味,吸潮性小，在ph2～8范围内稳定，在100～120℃下加热6min，略有褪色；
   4、al3+、ca2+基本无影响fe3+、sn2+会使色泽加深。
用途：果汁饮料、乳酸菌饮料、冰淇淋等食品的着色。
