木粉机是我公司自主创新研发成功的新型木粉粉碎设备，广泛用于木塑，制香等行业。
该机采用二次打击粉碎和分步粉碎的原理，解决了纤维状特性的物料在通用粉碎机中无法达到高细度或者难以稳定连续通过粉碎机筛网的难题。基本构造包括圆筒筛板、锤片转子、锤片和固定在锤片转子周围的冲击齿板。其工作原理是将物料引入冲击齿板、筛板与旋转锤片之间的空间，利用锤片等对物料的打击和摩擦作用，将物料粉碎成60-120目细小的粉末，是一种冲击式粉碎设备。
实践证明同等配置下我们木粉机的产量比同行业的其它厂家高出至少20%。

adopting principle that two hit smashand stepwise crushing, we have solved the problem that the fibrousmaterial in the general mill can’t achieve the high fineness orunstable problem through the screen mesh continuously. basicstructure of the hammer mill includes the cylindrical sieve, hammerrotor, the hammers and tooth plate fixed around the hammer rotor.its working principle is to send material into the space betweenthe tooth plate, sieve rotary hammer blow hammer materials andrubbed role. the material is broken into a number of powders with60-120mesh. it is a kind of grinding equipment.
it proves that the capacity of ourwood powder making machine is at least 20% more than othersuppliers under the same configuration.

1、保证设备包装符合防潮、防雨、防锈、防腐及防震要求，标识清晰无误，使物品安全、及时运抵现场。
2、优质、快捷的技术服务
为更好地保证设备的正常运行，及时解答用户提出的疑问，帮助用户解决问题，维护中心由专职工程师负责随时为客户免费提供技术咨询服务。
保证在接到用户故障后，技术回复解决方案，如解决不了我公司派技术人员赶赴现场亲自解决问题。

3、免费为用户调试、开通
