巴氏合金熔炼
　　巴氏合金熔炼过程如下：①在坩埚底部放一层干燥的木炭，将坩埚预热到200℃左右。②清除合金锭表面的污物，放入坩埚内，待合金全部熔化后进行清渣处理。③升温至420℃左右，并用脱水氯化铵进行精炼处理。氯化铵的用量为合金液的0.1wt%～0.15wt%。如果连续浇注，可每隔1h处理一次。④浇注前，均匀搅拌合金液5min，然后扒渣。

(3) the temperature wasraised to about 420 ℃, and ammonium chloride with a dehydrating refining treatment. ammonium chloride in an amount of 0.1wt% to 0.15 wt% of the liquid alloy. if continuous casting, every 1h treatmenttime. ④ before pouring stir the liquid alloy 5min, then slag.
