脉冲袋式除尘器操作规程和注意事项
operation procedure and precautions of pulse bag filter
一、 除尘系统开机前的准备工作：preparation before starting the dust removal system:
1、除尘器开机之前要先对整个系统进行全面的检查，去除因施工、安装或检修时带入的固体杂物，检查有无漏风、密封不严密的地方，如有应及时处理。
dust collector before i can boot to the system to conduct a comprehensive inspection, remove from construction, installation or repair to the solid impurities, check the presence of air leakage, the seal is not tight, if any should be processed in a timely manner.
2、用清洁的压缩空气或氮气，置换除尘系统中含水或有机物的气体，要防止水蒸气和易然易爆气体进入除尘系统。将气包内充气，使气缸通气并处于开启状态。
use clean compressed air or nitrogen to replace the gas containing water or organic matter in the dust removal system to prevent water vapour and easy explosive gas into the dust removal system. inflate the air bag to make the cylinder ventilate and open.
二、 除尘系统的开机顺序按1~5排列进行
the boot sequence of dust removal system is arranged in 1~5
1、启动压缩空气气源。
start compressed air source.
2、开启电控柜喷吹系统。
open the electric control cabinet spraying system.
3、启动除尘系统引风机。
start the fan of dust removal system.
4、启动除尘设备的螺旋输送机和卸料器(如果有的话)。
start the screw conveyor and unloader of dust removal equipment (if any)
5、调节电控柜控制面板，根据粉尘量的大小，确定清灰时间间隔（即：清灰周期）。
adjust the control panel of the electric control cabinet to determine the ash time interval (i.e. the grey period) according to the amount of dust.
三、 除尘系统停机顺序按1~5排列进行操作。
the dust removal system is arranged in sequence of 1~ 5.
1、先关闭引风机电源。turn off the fan power.
2、关闭清灰程序电源。close the clean - up power supply.
3、关闭螺旋输送机和卸料器(如果有的话)。close the spiral conveyor and unloader (if any).
4、关闭气源。turn off the gas.
5、关闭总电源。shut off the total power supply.
四、 注意事项：notes:
1、除尘设备要设专人操作和检修。全面掌握除尘器的性能和构造，发现问题及时处理，确保除尘系统正常运转。the dust removal equipment should be operated and serviced. fully grasp the performance and structure of the dust collector, find out the problem and deal with it in time, and ensure that the dust removal system works properly.
2、一般情况下，除尘系统应先于生产工艺设备开车运行，而在生产工艺设备停车5~10分钟之后再关闭除尘系统，以避免粉尘在除尘设备和管道中沉积，或因除尘系统滞后运行早成污染物的泄漏，为防止电动机过载，需在低风量（调节风门关闭）下启动引风机。under normal circumstances, the dust removal system should be ahead of the production process equipment, car parking in the production process equipment 5 ~ 10 minutes before closing dust removal system, in order to avoid dust deposition in the dust removal equipment and pipe, or because of leakage, dust removal system lag precocious pollutants to prevent motor overload, in lower airflow (damper closed) to start the induced draft 
fan.
3、经常检查清灰机构、和各转动部位的工作情况，应定期注油或作必要的保养。check the working conditions of the clearing house and the rotating parts regularly. the oil or necessary maintenance should be made on a regular basis.
4、若排出口含尘浓度增大，表明已有滤袋破漏，应及时更换滤袋。更换时，先停引风机，再打开除尘器上部的检修门。如果滤袋口处有积灰，则说明该滤袋已破损，须更换或修补。if the concentration of dust is increased, the filter bag should be replaced in time. when replacing, first stop the draught fan and then open the main door of the dust catcher. if there is ash in the filter pocket, it is indicated that the filter bag is broken and must be replaced or repaired

5、压缩空气的清灰压力要控制在0.4mpa~0.6mpa之内，一般在0.4mpa。压缩空气系统的过滤器要定时排污，气包的排水阀要定期放水。the pressure of the compressed air must be controlled in 0.4mpa ~ 0.6mpa, generally 0.4mpa. the filter of compressed air system should discharge regularly, and the water drain valve should be released regularly.
6、电磁脉冲阀要由专业人员检修，并定期对电磁脉冲阀进行检查。the electromagnetic pulse valve shall be repaired by professional personnel and shall be inspected regularly by the electromagnetic pulse valve.
7、袋式除尘器停机后，在无引风的情况下仍应开动喷吹清灰机构，连续喷吹一段时间，使附着在滤袋表面的粉尘尽可能抖落，以防止滤袋堵塞，又便于检查漏袋情况或停机封存。stop after the bag filter, under the condition of without lead wind still should start blowing slag fly mechanism, continuous injection for a period of time, make the attached to the filter bag dust on the surface of the shake off as much as possible, in order to prevent the filter bag, and convenient for check of leakage or downtime.
