how to attend:
the exhibitor shall fill in the application form and mail or fax it to the organization committee; upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee (rmb) as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. the rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before november 1, 2018, and lump-sum payment is welcome. or, the organizer will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizer. if the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
b. the exhibition manual will be sent to the exhibitor after whose booth was confirmed by the organizer, and the manual includes exhibits transportation, booth design and structures, arrangements for travel and accommodation, renting items and other related information, all exhibitors must fill out the relative forms of the manual and send it back to the organizer by the end of deadline.
c. the distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment and first arrangement”. the organizer can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.

中国富人成为海外投资移民申请主力
据外媒报道，在中国富裕的人群中，有一种趋势越来越明显，即利用个人财富将自己和家人移民海外。主要是通过投资移民的方式来实现。另一方面，不少国家正在向中国富翁们敞开大门——条件是他们随身带着钱来移民。 不同国家对投资移民要求不同 要申请澳大利亚的永久居留权，外国人需要投资500万澳元（约合2297万元人民币）。其他国家不像澳大利亚要的这么多。不过，各国提出的条件各不相同，导致投资移民签证的价格不太容易进行比较。
例如，要获得美国永久居留权只需要投资100万美元。此项投资需要在至少两年内创造10个就业岗位。不过，根据所谓的eb-5投资移民项目，如果是对农村地区或高失业率地区投资，那么投资金额还可以减半。其他国家开出的投资移民条件各不相同：对英国投资100万英镑（约合960万元人民币），即可获得长达5年的居留权。 外国人如果在西班牙购买价值50万欧元（约合404万元人民币）的房产，即可得到该国的居留权。
这些签证不仅限于中国公民。不过自从签证标准发布之后，中国人都是投资移民的主力。美国国务院去年发放的10个投资移民签证，其中8个发给中国公民。英国财政大臣乔治·奥斯本去年9月宣布，英国将调整政策，使中国投资者更容易进入该国。
加拿大却朝着与英国相反的方向推进，今年早些时候取消投资移民签证，而取消前申请者大都是中国人。这是离开中国便宜的选择之一。加拿大政府说，这个项目严重低估了加拿大的永久居住权。富人移民的到来推高了温哥华等地房地产价格，这引发了当地人的不满。
富人们为何要离开中国？
富裕阶层正在离开中国的理由不尽相同。国外市场经济正在恢复，从中可以挖掘出赚钱的机会。但实际上，经济机遇对很多 移民来说并不是主要原因。中国父母越来越关心子女的成长，希望他们避开大气污染，在一个不必担心饮用水与食品安全的国家健康长大，接受到更高端的教育。一些富裕的父母可以持投资签证在国外产子，使孩子获得出生国的国籍。然后带着他们持外国护照回到中国，供他们上国际学校，这些学校对中国公民是不开放的。而且持这些护照上国外的大学和出国旅行更容易。
另外，中国政府当前正在大刀阔斧地推进反腐行动，这促使一些无良商人想要逃离中国，尽力保护住自己的非法所得。

随着移民潮、留学潮的持续升温，以及近年来国内房地产市场限购限贷政策的资金挤出效应影响，海外置业成了国内买家的热门选择。
“这轮被称为‘史上严厉’的楼市调控将许多投资投机型买家阻挡在门槛之外，然而在很多人眼中，购买不动产仍然是资产增值保值的优秀途径，投资的逐利性驱动作用下，海外置业的人群也在不断增加，从原来的以留学、移民为主要诉求演变成如今有许多买家仅仅是为了纯粹的物业投资”，不久前，新加坡某知名房企天津投资推介会上，负责咨询洽谈的中方工作人员这样告诉记者。
根据近期一项“海外置业”的调查显示，具有投资理财意愿的被访对象中，88%的人拥有海外置业的意向；70%的买家认为“现在是海外置业的优秀时机”；而在可以选择]国家中，被访者为青睐的置业投资地点排序前六名的分别为美国32%、澳大利亚27%、加拿大19%、新加坡7%、新西兰5%以及北欧5%。业内人士表示，面对国内限贷限购政策的实施以及巨大的还贷压力，海外的一些国家贷款政策较为宽松且利率较低，而且，近几年来，许多国家及外资企业纷纷看好中国投资者的购买能力，大力来华推广其房产项目，并给出了不同程度的优惠政策，在多种因素的综合作用下，海外置业正逐渐成为一种潮流，吸引投资者的注意力。
