封堵时，要依照“先高压再低压，先内侧再外侧”的原则来进行，即先封高压端，再封低压端。下堵头时，夹板阀上的放气阀门关闭不严或未关，造成漏油或着火，此时立即启动应急方案。

放油要在封堵成功后进行，放油点要尽量开在管线底部，进气点尽量开在管线顶部。如果出现漏油现象或着火现象，立即启动应急方案。
开泵抽油前，需保证动力线的绝缘层无损坏、抽油泵接地良好。如果出现触电现象，立即启动应急方案。
切管机捆绑之前，首先检查轮距，捆绑后要检查电机正反转，要保证链条在一条直线上，且要捆紧，以防止行走时切管机颤动。
切管时，在打开电源前，需保证开关无破损、动力线连接良好。如果出现触电现象，立即启动应急方案。

黄油墙的砌筑是在切管完成、老管线或设备吊离后进行的。首先将管口内外壁的污油清理干净，清理时必须使用防爆工具。如果出现现象，立即启动应急方案。
管线对口与焊接时，严禁敲击震动管线；施工要迅速，时间越短越好；如果环境温度太热，需对黄油墙部位的管线采取降温措施。
由于对口时敲击震动管线、施工时间过长、天气太热等原因，可能导致黄油墙上部出现裂缝，甚至黄油墙倒塌，管内油气溢出，当有电焊打火时，易造成事故，此时应立即启动应急方案。
