学科竞赛到底能为学生们带来什么？在张鹏看来，目前在学生在创新意识、分析能力、实践能
力、工程与社会（如安全、环保等）、团队合作、展示与表达等方面普遍需要提高。这些在学
科竞赛平台中正好能有所强调弥补。当然，张鹏认为大赛的参与程度还有待提高，目前往往只
有最好的那批学生参赛，问题是，这批最优秀的学生往往并没有直接进入工业领域，解决的办
法只有全员参与，让金字塔中部和底部的大量学生受益，他们才是真正第一时间投身工业领域
，只有他们能力增强了，大量用人企业也才会最终受益。
院校与需求端的人才培养接轨，课程设计、实验室配置与管理、师资都是个问题。学生的出路
——去哪儿实习？如何解决推荐就业？这些也都是问题。
张贝克教授今年筹备的“校企联盟”正在尝试一种更加有针对性、更趋紧密的校企对接。“
以往学校和企业语言体系、思维方式都不同，” 他认为，“这需要一点点积累的过程”。
人才培养，师资尤为关键。西门子为此制定了一个面向全国的师资培训计划。要在国内优选有
条件的院校打造师资培养基地。
