稀土上转换纳米材料简介及荧光发光性能
【稀土上转换纳米材料简介】:
1.定义:上转换发光材料是一种近红外光激发下能够产出紫外/可见光的材料,即将红外低能光子转换为紫外/可见高能光子的发光材料。其特点是所吸收的光子能量低于发射的光子能量,故称为上转换发光,又称反斯托克斯发光。
2.优势:稀土上转换发光材料具有低毒性、化学稳定性高、光稳定性优异、发射带窄、发光寿命长等优点。同时,其激发光源近红外光(980 nm或808 nm)具有光穿透力强、对生物组织几乎无损伤、无背景荧光等特点。
3.外观形貌及光学照片
固体为白色粉末(可分散在极性溶剂或非极性溶剂中)
4.应用:生物成像、光动力学治疗、光催化、三维显示、药物释放等。在以上实际应用中,稀土上转换纳米材料主要起到了光源转换的作用。例如:在生物成像中,主要实现了由近红外光激发产生可见红、绿、蓝等颜色的光,进而对生物细胞进行标识;在光催化领域,实现了由近红外光激发产生紫外光,进而对有机污染物进行光降解;在光动力学治疗领域,主要利用稀土上转换发光材料将近红外光转换紫外、可见光并与相应的光敏剂偶联,从而产生单线态氧,最终实现对癌细胞的诊治;在药物释放方面,主要利用稀土上转换纳米材料与孔材料相结合,通过近红外光控实现对靶向药物的可控释放。
