《histone h3 trimethylation at lysine 36 guides m6a rna modification co-transcriptionally》

该文章首次揭示了组蛋白h3的36位赖氨酸位点的三甲基化修饰（h3k36me3）修饰能够被rna甲基化转移酶mettl14识别，同时与rna聚合酶ii结合，介导甲基转移酶复合体（mtc, methyltransferase complex）在转录延伸过程中对新生rna的m6a甲基化修饰。
