一、管屏焊机的特点：
管屏焊接焊接生产线是一个专门为锅炉模式水冷壁装备特殊设计生产的设备。现代大尺寸和中尺寸的锅炉模式管屏都是由扁钢加钢管制作成的。扁钢的宽度需要精整以后，才能被用于与管子连续不断的拼接。驱动器采用交流变频器，以满足加工过程的需要，使焊接的速度连续、稳定，并且可调。采用分流器电源实现保护气体的配比；上下抢相对同时焊接使产品变形量小、成型好，产品质量充分满足了模式管屏焊接生产线的技术要求。

2、点固装置
2.1使用及特点

1st chapter:summary
pipe panel welder is one kind of equipment specially designed and produced for the fabrication of boiler membrane pipe panel,modern large–sized and middle–sized boiler membrane pipe panels are all made of flat bar(fin) plus pipe. the pipe panel with required width of finished product can be made by consecutive seam splicing of pipe and flat bar.driven by ac frequency conversion,welding speed being consecutive,smooth and adjustable with processing requirement at option. adopting inverter-based power source to realize the mixed gas shielded welding of upper and lower face with the advantage of little deformation, good form of seam. quality fully meeting the technical requirement of membrane pipe panel manufacture.
