gh4199是ni-cr基沉淀硬化型变形高温合金，使用温度在950℃以下。合金加入钨、钼和铬元素进行固溶强化，加入铝、钛元素形成时效强化相，加入硼、镁元素净化和强化晶界。合金具有较高的强度、良好的抗氧化性能和焊接性能，合金的综合性能良好，900℃的抗拉强度大于490mpa,是沉淀硬化型板材中使用温度的合金之一。上海冶鑫主要产品有热轧和锻制棒材、热轧板、冷轧薄板、带材和管材。
 gh4199高温合金已用于制作航空发动机950℃以下使用的加力燃烧室隔热屏、可调喷口调热屏、套筒等焊接承力组件和飞机机载设备零件，批产和使用情况良好。
 由于合金化程度高、变形抗拉大，所以合金的热、冷加工塑性较差。在加工中应严格控制锻（轧）制道次的冷变形量，避免出现加工裂纹。合金在700℃~800℃长期时效后有σ相析出。
