gh2135是fe-ni-cr基沉淀硬化型变形高温合金，使用温度在700℃以下。合金加入铝和钛等元素形成时效沉淀强化相，加入铬、钨和钼等元素进行固溶强化。合金具有抗低周疲劳性能良好。在700℃以下屈服强度随温度升高而增大，热加工塑性良好等特点。上海同铸主要产品有棒材、板材、锻件等。gh2135高温合金已用于制作两种航空发动机ⅰ、ⅱ级涡轮盘，装备两种歼击机在外场使用。合金板材制成的我国第一台3000马力燃气轮机火焰向，装在长征1号机床上，通过300多小时的运行考验。该合金也可制作750℃-850℃工作的热成形模具，如锻锤砧子和水压机丰子或镶块砧、热冲压模具等。与同类用途的镍基合金比较，gh2135合金可节省ni41%和cr5.5%。合金经800℃以上长期时效后晶内有针状σ相析出，晶界有laves相析出。

冶鑫热处理制度
热轧棒材、锻制棒材：固溶1080℃保温8小时，空冷，时效处理830℃保温8小时，空冷+，时效处理700℃保温16小时，空冷。锻件、环件：固溶1140℃保温4小时，空冷，时效处理830℃保温8小时，空冷+，时效处理650℃保温16小时，空冷。板材：固溶1030℃，空冷，时效处理750℃保温16小时，空冷。密度：7.92
