【石榴石简介】
石榴石磨料是天然金刚砂，具有较强的硬度和很好的耐酸耐碱性，是一种岛状结构的铝(钙)硅酸盐。外观呈红绿黑颗粒状，是由岛状结构的铝（钙）硅酸盐矿物质加工而成的。石榴石磨料耐磨度强，熔点高，比重大，性能稳定。是国外新开发的立体喷墙涂料，还是玻壳厂能做彩壳喷砂耐磨料。由于它内部化学分子多，化学稳定性好等特点，故被制作新型耐磨净水滤料。经石榴石表面喷砂处理后，达到sa3喷砂标准，材质表面无明显的波峰和波谷，粗糙度达到30-95微米，无可溶性残盐，氯化物含量低。能实现涂层长达30年的附着力，然而采用普通清洁的方法，涂层附着力仅维持3-6年时间。所以在船舶和石油钻井平台的喷砂防腐中，石榴石砂处于不可替代的作用。石榴石除了用于各种工业用途的材质表面处理外，还是古建筑物修复非常理想的清洁磨料。
