性能特点：
1. 变压器与焊钳连为一体，优质铸造铝合金（zl104）机身，具有重量轻，体积小、出力大、高效节能
2. 电极臂全部采用优质铬锆铜（cucr1zr），并加装了铝合金护套，保证了焊接性能的稳定性、焊机使用的寿命及电极臂的强度。同一种机型的电极臂可任意互换，做到一机多用。
3. 焊接变压器采用了u型铁芯，与其他公司的e型铁芯相比，降低了电磁涡流产生的耗损，保证了焊接质量。
4. 气动加压系统为我公司自行设计的大口径铝合金气缸筒，焊机出力更大（电极压力高），从而保证了焊点强度,特别是焊接中厚板时，效果更好。
5. 悬挂装置配合弹簧平衡器及相适应的轻便型滑轨滑车，可在x、y、z三维空间作上、下、左、右、前、后任意方向的移动和转动，操作极为轻便灵活，实现了全位置全方向的焊接操作。
