sinamay abaca fiber
our sinamay is class a. export quality. we only use the white fibers of abaca when weaving. the resulting cloth is light beige in color ( very neat to look at) and soft to the touch but supple enough to hold shape. comes in different colors. the width of sinamay is 50 centimeters, and the length is 100 centimeters.
meshed abaca fiber
the meshed abaca fiber is pure abaca fiber meshed into a thick stiff cloth which can be pleated. it is stiff and pliant at the same time so it is ideal for making hat brims with the tropical look. it lets the light filter through.
the width of the meshed abaca fiber is 50 centimeters, and the length is 100 centimeters.
