1.application
the product can beapplied in the straight line and branch line（oneinto two, one into three）connectionsof optical cables within the diameter of 22mm(φ), all types andstructures, when laid overhead ,in  the pipeline,underground or in the well. meanwhile, it is also applied to theconnection of all-plastic city phone cables.
2.structuralfeatures:
l  all property indexes arein accordance with national yd/t814-1996 standard.
l  the case body is madefrom imported high-intensity engineering plastics and formed theshape with mould plastics under high pressure. it is in the shapeof half rectangle, with the advantages of less weight, highmechanical intensity, corrosive-resistance, anti-thunderstruck andlong service life.
l  the case body and cableentrance are sealed with adhesive rubber strip(non-vulcanized) andsealed tape. reliable sealing capability. it can be re-opened andeasy to maintain.
l  unique disposition of 4different cable loops(φ12.5，φ17，φ20，φ22，)enables user to choose different outer diameter according to actualconditions, it enhances the reliability of the cable entrancesealed.
l  overlapping fiber-meltingtray and separate insulation earth unit make the disposition of thecores, expanding the capacity and cable-earthen flexible,convenient and safe. 
l  outer metal component andfixing unit are made of stainless steel, so can be repeatedly usedin different environments.

4.operations
l  choose the cable loopwith proper outer diameter and let it go through the optical cable.peel the cable , take off the outer and inner housing, as well asloose contract tube, and wash off the filling grease, leaving1.1～1.6mfiberand 30～50mmsteel core.
l  fix the cable pressingcard and cable, together with cable reinforce steel core. if thediameter of the cable is less than10mm, first bind the cable fixingpoint with adhesive tape till the diameter has reached12mm, thenfix it.
l  lead the fiber into themelting and connecting tray, fix heat contract tube and heat melttube to one of the connecting fiber. after melting and connectingthe fiber, move heat contract tube and heat melt tube and fix thestainless (or quartz)reinforce core stick ,make sure the connectingpoint is in the middle of the housing pipe. heat the pipe to makethe two into one. put the protected joint into the fiber-layingtray.(one tray can lay 12 cores)
l  lay the left fiber in themelting and connecting tray evenly, and fix the winding fiber withnylon ties. use the trays from the bottom up. after all the fiberhas been connected, cover the top layer and fix it.
l  position it and use theearth wire in accordance with the project plan.
l  sealing the cableretainer nearing the inlet of splice closure and the joint of thecable rings with sealing tape. and close the unused inlets withplugs, with exposed concave parts of the plug sealed withtapes.  then put sealing trips into the sealinggroove on the sides of the shell and grease the concave part ofinlet of the body between the two parts of the shell. then closethe two parts of the shell and tighten it with stainless steelbolts. the bolts should be screwed tightly with balancedforce.  
l  according to the layingrequirement, position and fix the hanging tool .
